Scope
These terms apply to enquiries submitted through this website and to the quotes we prepare in response. This site is not an online shop — no purchase or payment can be completed through it. A contract is formed only when a specific quote is confirmed in writing.
Enquiry and quote
Submitting an enquiry is free and commits you to nothing. Based on your enquiry we prepare a quote stating the per-piece price, the product, the chosen customisation technique, the quantity and the expected lead time.
A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Material and freight costs can move, so we cannot guarantee pricing once that period has passed.
Artwork and approval
Before production we prepare a visualisation of the design on the chosen product. The customer must check the wording, colours, size and placement and approve it in writing. The lead time starts from artwork approval, not from the order being placed.
The customer is responsible for the content of the designs, logos and text they supply and warrants that they hold the rights to use them. Any third-party intellectual property claim arising from supplied material is the customer's responsibility.
Quantities, sizes and tolerances
The minimum order is 25 pieces per design and colour for printing and 10 pieces for embroidery, unless otherwise agreed in the quote.
Minor variation is normal in textile production: in colour shade between batches, in garment measurements (typically up to 5%) and in design placement (typically up to 10 mm). Such variation does not constitute a defect.
Lead times and delivery
The typical lead time is 21–30 days from artwork approval. It is indicative and depends on the complexity of the order, material availability and freight. If a date is critical for you, state it in your enquiry — we will tell you before you confirm whether it is achievable.
We deliver across Slovenia and to EU countries. Within Slovenia delivery is free on orders above €500; otherwise the delivery cost is stated in the quote.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quote. For public institutions and schools we invoice on standard terms. For first orders and for large orders we may require payment or part-payment in advance, which is stated in the quote beforehand. Goods remain our property until paid in full.
Complaints
Please inspect the shipment on receipt. Report any issue with quantity, quality or execution within 8 days of receipt to info@naviks.si, with photographs where possible. We resolve justified complaints by repair, replacement or credit note, as agreed with the customer.
Because these are goods made to the customer's instructions and personalised with their design, return without reason is not possible. For consumers, the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to goods made to the consumer's precise specifications and clearly personalised. This does not affect statutory warranties for defects.
Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, international freight disruption, customs procedures, a production partner's failure). We will inform you as soon as we become aware of any such delay and find the best available solution.
Governing law
These relationships are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. We aim to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, the courts of the Republic of Slovenia have jurisdiction.
