Who controls your data
The controller of personal data collected through this website is NAVIKS, Nace Mikuš s.p., Slovenia.

What we collect
We only collect personal data that you send us yourself through the enquiry form. That form collects:
- your name,
- your email address,
- your school, company or club name (optional),
- your phone number (optional),
- the type of customer, product, approximate quantity and your deadline,
- the content of your message.
We also record the time of submission and the page language. Your IP address is processed transiently as part of abuse protection and is not stored in our enquiry records.
Why we process it, and on what legal basis
We use the data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with the explicit consent you give when submitting the form (Article 6(1)(a)).
We do not use your data for profiling, automated decision-making or advertising, and we will not add you to any mailing list without your consent.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. We use the following processors to run this site:

Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this is done under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to reply, prepare a quote and potentially do business. If no engagement follows, we delete or anonymise the data no later than 24 months after the last contact. If an order is placed, longer statutory retention periods for accounting records apply.
Cookies and traffic measurement
This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel or anything similar.
Fonts are self-hosted, so visiting the site does not open a connection to any third-party font provider.

If we enable Cloudflare Turnstile on the form, it may store a temporary technical token when you submit, to verify the form was not sent by a bot. Turnstile is designed not to track users across websites.
You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Your rights
In relation to your personal data you have the right to:
- request access to it and a copy,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request erasure,
- request restriction of, or object to, processing,
- request portability to another controller,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send your request to info@naviks.si. We will respond within one month. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you may complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana (www.ip-rs.si).
